Mary I of England (Feb 18, 1516 - Nov 17, 1558) was Queen of England from 1553 to 1558. She was the daughter of Henry VIII of England and his 1st wife Catherine of Aragon. She married Felipe II of Spain but had no offspring with him. She was known as Bloody Mary because she executed hundreds of her subjects throughout her reign.
